By downloading or using the Audio Loop Player app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You're not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You're not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn't try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Shiyu Liu.
Shiyu Liu is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.
Audio Loop Player stores imported audio files locally on your device. Limited analytics, diagnostic, advertising, and subscription information may be processed as described in our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak your device because doing so may weaken its security and may cause the app to work improperly or not at all.
The app does use third-party services that declare their Terms and Conditions.

Audio Loop Player may allow you to download an audio file from a direct link that you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right or permission to access and download the file and that your use complies with applicable laws and the terms of the source providing the file.
You must not use the app to download, copy, share, or distribute content that infringes copyright, privacy, contractual, or other third-party rights, or to bypass access controls or technical restrictions. Files downloaded from a direct link are provided by the relevant third-party source. We do not control or guarantee the availability, security, accuracy, legality, or continued accessibility of external links or their content. We may restrict or disable access to links that appear unlawful, unsafe, or abusive.
Audio Loop Player offers auto-renewing subscription options for premium features:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
Purchases made through the App Store are handled under Apple's applicable payment and refund policies. Apple determines refund eligibility. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
You should be aware that there are certain things that Shiyu Liu will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Shiyu Liu cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi, and you don't have any of your data allowance left.
If you're using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you're accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you're using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, Shiyu Liu cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can't turn it on to avail the Service, Shiyu Liu cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to Shiyu Liu's responsibility for your use of the app, when you're using the app, it's important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Shiyu Liu accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on iOS – the requirements for the system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you'll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Shiyu Liu does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the iOS version that you have installed on your device. Some updates may be required for security, compatibility, or continued access to online features. We may also discontinue all or part of the app or an online feature. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of a material discontinuation. Discontinuation does not affect any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law. We may suspend or terminate your right to use the app if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination for breach, you must stop using the app and, if required, delete it from your device.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SHIYU LIU BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Some countries and regions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the laws of the country or region where you live, and you may bring a claim in any court available to you under applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any terms presented at the time of purchase, form the agreement between you and Shiyu Liu regarding the app. Apps obtained through the App Store are also subject to Apple's applicable terms and license agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will apply prospectively from the date they are posted. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice through the app, this website, or another appropriate method. Your continued use of the app after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
